If you are committed in an organization, then .org is your best match, nothing else. People can easily understand your intention (mostly for non-profit organization) for website using this extension.
But, if you just starting up your own blog or just want to share with your friends, .info and .me would be your choice. The latter one is a good match for personal blog, sharing about your personal life, and for personal branding.
Target market
Altough domain with dot com extension is the most familiar name, but if your market is big in a particular country, it is recommended to buy a local domain name,
for example : yourbrandname.us which target US customers or yourbrandname.co.in to target users in India
